Delete your OriginTwin account
From inside the app
- Open OriginTwin and sign in.
- Go to Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll to the Data section.
- (Optional but recommended) Tap Export My Data first if you want a JSON copy of what we have on you.
- Tap Delete My Account. You'll be asked to type your password to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, name, password hash).
- Your origin and any mirrors you invited.
- All challenge responses (your training answers).
- All twin conversations (yours and the mirror twins of you).
- All embeddings derived from your answers.
- All refresh tokens (you're signed out everywhere).
- All push notification registrations.
- Any pending password reset / email verification codes.
What's kept
Operational logs (no message content) are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse-investigation purposes. We do not retain any personally-identifying content of yours after the 30-day window — those logs roll off automatically.
If you can't sign in
If you've forgotten your password and lost access to the email address you registered with, email hello@origintwin.com from a related address (e.g., a recovery address on the same domain) and we'll handle the deletion manually. We may ask for proof you owned the account.
